SHIPPING POLICY

We ship physical products worldwide. Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email — no shipping required for those items.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

Delivery Times Standard shipping: 5–7 business days within the US. International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. For packages marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. Email [your support email] and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase — no shipping, no customs, no waiting. A download link is emailed to you immediately after payment is confirmed. You can also access purchases anytime from your account order history. Download links are active for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads per file. If you don't receive your link, check your spam folder or contact us at [your support email] and we'll resend within 24 hours.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Physical Products: You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued within 3 business days.

Digital Products: Because digital files are delivered instantly, we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit is available if the file is corrupted, you received the wrong file, or you accidentally purchased the same item twice — requests must be made within 14 days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any product.

To request store credit, email [your support email] with your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
